How to properly set up an edit form for elements?

Site on Bitrix. Infoblock - Properties (setting element properties) - Added two fields (Title and Description).
Tab SEO - Settings for elements - Created properties attached to the appropriate sections.
Through the admin panel I select a specific element - Through the gear I open the "Edit form settings". In the Available tabs, I click on "Element". Properties do not appear in Available fields. What am I doing wrong?
