How to fix an error in 1C-Bitrix with sitemap files?

When I add or change an infoblock element, the "/.xml" file is created, instead of updating the "/sitemap-iblock-1.xml" file. This is the situation when the option to auto-generate sitemap files is enabled. Thus, a part of the site does not get into the search index only if the robot finds an element somewhere on the page.
Technical support has been aware of the bug for 4+ months, but does not release an update, although it confirmed this fact (ticket # 2472266, application for development # 118351). Management is also silent.

Help please, with what it can be connected? How to fix the bug yourself? Maybe someone faced such a problem?
