Why is text not being copied from tables?

Help, please, to understand. We have, for example, a page https://ev-group.ru/service/its/?ELEMENT_ID=160 (well, or any other on this site). We look at any plate (the most common one, which is called table in HTML). We are trying to copy text from the table, it does not work. And it needs to work. Disabled in stages different CSS styles and all JS scripts. The situation is not changing.

Where to dig? If there is no prohibition on copying in scripts and there is no prohibition in styles, then how can this be implemented at all? :) Are there any other options?

There, a handler is hung on the blocks that blocks it. If you unhook it, then everything works.
