How to properly set up a public repository on bitbucket.org?
A first-year noob, after recording the first lectures on matan, concluded that an hour and a half of mechanical recording of material is a meaningless exercise that kills the meaning of the lecture. Luckily, the auditorium's two successive vertical boards are perfect for taking pictures.
Idea : a repository, all notes are on it (in the form of pdf files, let's say). Of course, it's boring to be alone, so bitbucket.org will help.
Question : how to organize such a repository correctly? While I just created it (public, of course), I did not create branches. The problem is that the commit requires a password from my account, which slightly does not suit me. I do not understand how to set up a custom password or something like that?
PS and in general, my partner and I are slowly sawing one project, and the password is used from my account - it's not good, it's time to change this thing.

Create a separate key. And add it to your repository. whoever has the key will also have write access.
It is necessary that your friend also register on bitbucket, then it will be possible to provide access to the repo through the ego email.
That is, you will have two separate accounts but both will have access to the repo.
