Hello. How to organize the sending of notifications about changes in the git repository, along with the changed code?

Tried several different hooks, but nothing happens after pushing. Thus, I can’t even understand: the problem is in my settings or the script itself is not working. I found git-commit-notifier to be the most solid, but there was still an unresolved problem with its installation .

Please share a proven working solution.

Actually6 I am one of the developers of got-commit-notifier. The installation instructions for Nokogiri helped.
So far, there has not been a single complaint in Issues about the impossibility of installation.
