How to properly overclock an AMD processor?

Includes AMD Ryzen™ 7 2700X processor, B450 AORUS PRO (rev. 1.0) motherboard, and HyperX FURY DDR4 (2666) RAM. I overclocked the memory to 3000 megahertz without increasing the voltage, but did not touch the processor at all. I understand that more can be squeezed out of this configuration, but there is not enough knowledge. I ask overclocking experts to advise configurations for effective overclocking of the system. Where to put what and how much. Cooling system is good.
