How to properly organize video surveillance on dahua equipment?

Good afternoon!
video surveillance is required. So far, it is planned to connect 4 video devices with the prospect of growing up to 8.
I settled on dahua equipment, but there is not much clear documentation and a number of questions arose.
1. I want to install Dahua VTO2101E-P-S1 IP calling panel. It needs to be connected to the Internet in order for the call to mobile app function to work.
2. I also want to install 3 inexpensive IP cameras
3. I want to record a video stream on a NVR4108-P-4KS2 video recorder.

There are several points where I doubt:
- If the IP door panel and cameras are connected to the POE ports of the registrar, will they be on a different subnet than the router and everything connected to it? and, accordingly, the call panel will not have the Internet?
In this case, I won’t be able to pick up the stream from the cameras themselves, for example, in Home Assistant?
Will I be able to pick up the stream from the registrar for a specific camera?

- Wouldn't it be better to connect the cameras and the outdoor panel to a separate POE Switch and buy an NVR without POE?. I understand that in this case all cameras will be on the same subnet as the router?

@Torres90

It is better to take the switch separately, it's just more reliable, and it's easier with subnets.
