How to properly organize planning in a PMO (project manager) gaming company using the Gantt and Milestones method?

There is a homework assignment (in English, crooked, but you can understand it), but I'm a marketer and I just don't understand how to do it.
There are two teams A and B, their task is to complete all the tasks that are listed below them, there are people with certain skills and positions, the task is to determine how much time they need to complete all the tasks in total, scatter people in the correct order, make a milestone planning schedule (with arrows for example from top to bottom where the task goes to another task and how many man days it takes approximately) and make a gantt chart with it, I think I'll figure it out if the first one is available.

gantt chart? Anyone is required to know what Gantt charts are, especially in development and project management.

The task is trivial. Typical work of pm'a. A toaster for helping and solving problems that have arisen in the process of solving problems, and not for their complete solution. For the solution, there are special resources on which you will be happy to help for money.
