I have a website that I, not being a professional programmer, made myself as best I could. Users want functionality extensions that I can't implement on my own. I turned to third-party programmers, and the cost of the work was estimated at 200 thousand rubles. I want to organize the collection of these funds on my website.
It would be ideal to organize something similar to a kickstarter campaign right on the site, with a target (200,000) and current fees displayed.
What legal aspects need to be taken into account? Should there be any offer agreements (whatever that means) with payers? Will I have to report on where the funds will go? Will I have to pay taxes on this money?
upd: there is already a donation button from Yandex on the site, people threw two kopecks there. But, judging by what they write on the Internet, this button differs in its essence from a fundraising campaign. But I can't figure out where and why? That is, just like that, money for beer can be donated to me without problems, but I can’t collect it for the further development of the site? Partial fundraising for a crowdfunding project is not allowed. If the project has not collected the required amount within the specified time, all contributions are automatically returned to investors (to the internal account of the Funding service with the possibility of withdrawing to a WebMoney wallet).
If the project has collected the required amount or more, the funds are automatically credited to the author to the internal account of the Funding service with the possibility of withdrawing to a WebMoney wallet.
