How to properly open access to ports inside the LAN in MikroTik Firewall?

Home network. Either one or the other did not work, as I understood it, due to ports closed by default in the firewall. In any case, I do not see an explicit prohibition in the defconf rules. If you missed it and there is a ban, poke your nose.
I added an allow rule on the LAN interface to the end and it all worked. Did I do it right or what is the best way to open full access within the LAN only?

you have rule 5 forbids entry on all ports EXCEPT LAN, one is enough

This is similar to the default rules in the old firmware.
In theory - the default is perfectly configured for the initial user. You just need to update the firmware and set the standard rules. There, from the beginning, everything that is most obvious is prohibited, then everything is allowed. And from these rules already wind.
