How to properly merge two 301 redirect domains?

Due to lack of experience ...
two domains duplicate each other with one difference in the ru zone to the main Russian and the com zone to English.
Now in Google these are two different sites, which is not good.
vfxalert.com - ru domain alias
vfxalert.ru
I want to combine everything into one domain in the com zone. how to do it correctly?

On ru leave the main one, and throw the rest of the requests on com.
