How to properly merge editions of Windows?

Hello! I read about combining the editions of Windows into one image.
But what about multi-installation?
If everything is thrown into a 32-bit boot image, then it will not be possible to install the axis in UEFI mode, and if it is 64-bit, then it will not be possible to load the axis on a computer with a 32-bit processor. How then to make a multi-installer?
