How to properly map a network drive on a remote computer?
The situation is this: I connect via remote access (standard Windows) to a computer on which working software is installed (no matter what), the connection is made using Open VPN (IP address is dynamic). On a remote computer (hereinafter referred to as the UK), I have user access rights and access is only to the explorer. So, how do I properly connect the local drive of my computer as a network drive on the UC? I visited this: on the CC in the explorer, I click to connect a network drive, then I prescribe the IP address that gives my computer Open VPN and the path to the drive. After that, the disk successfully connects and works as it should, but after restarting Open VPN (computer), the IP address changes and the network drive falls off. You have to re-map the network drive to a new IP address. What can be done so that the network drive does not fall off? I don't have access to the Open VPN server to set a static IP address for the client. Or is it possible to set a static IP address on the client side?

You won't do anything. In order for the disk not to fall off, it is necessary that OpenVPN distributes the same ip to you. This is done in his config. You don't have access to it.
