Connection via OpenVPN and IpSec/L2TP does not work in Softether VPN?

Installed Softether VPN, on a virtual server under CentOS 6
The problem is that when you try to connect to the server via OpenVPN, IpSec/L2TP, a connection error occurs:

OpenVPN: WARNING: No server certificate verification method has been enabled.
IpSec/L2TP (on windows 7): error 800

Despite the fact that the connection through the Softether VPN client is successful, and the vpn is working.
I set up the server according to the instructions from Habr
All protocols are IPsecEnableenabled by command. Firewall is off

I didn’t find a solution to the problem, but I found a way out of the situation: I
additionally reinstalled it again on CentOs, it didn’t help, the same thing, then I decided to put it on Debian 7 and it worked wonders, only one thing, but OpenVPN connects but there is no change in ip. what could be the problem

try to set up according to this instruction. IMHO it's not a problem at all.
but by mistake, I think the client is trying to log in using a name / password pair, and the server wants a certificate.
