How to properly manage a project?
Only a month ago I got acquainted with Trello in order to manage the requirements for the software and the project itself.
I created a Team, in it there is a Requirements board, corresponding lists, then as these lists are replenished, based on these requirements, I create other boards that describe the main components of the software (for architecture design). Over time, it has become increasingly difficult to figure out what has already been added and what has not been added, and where it should be defined.
I thought it might be more convenient to visualize this somehow, so at the moment I have done the main work on developing an add-on for the browser, with which you can determine the links between the cards in the form of a diagram (I will soon add it to Opera Addons , who is interested - write)
Actually, the problem with the lack of experience and whether I'm doing everything right remains. Tell me, how successful is this option for organizing a management system, and is it worth using specialized tools, if so, which ones?
