How to properly make RAID 1 for win7 system drive?

I have 2 disks of the same size, on one there is a win7 system, now it is done as in the screenshot, but it confuses me, the moment that the 100mb area is not mirrored.

How to mirror the system partition so that if you physically pull out 1 disk (when it fails), win7 can boot just as quietly?
UPDATE:
Something terrible happened, after I finished the job normally (but apparently the disks did not finish resynchronization), the computer did not want to boot and hangs on "Verifying DMI pool data". I tried
to disconnect 1 disk alternately, in one case it also writes.
through F12 to select a boot
disk.Tried to restore Windows from a USB flash drive (with a cat. put win7).

And nothing helped despite the fact that it is written that the partition table was restored.
Here is what it shows from the boot disk when viewed through the command line using diskpart

. And from other separate physical test disks, ubuntu and win7 boots normally.

@Glueon

Are you unable to add that last unallocated piece as a mirror to the system partition?

Something like that. The reserved partition was copied by Akronis. DO NOT mirror it . The system partition is placed in the mirror. Checked - when you remove the disk everything works.
I'll try to restore to memory:
We connect 1 disk. We put Windows. We leave the data disk unbroken (in my case it is 2.5TB) We
connect the 2nd disk. We copy both disks with Akronis (here I'm not sure that we also copy the disk with the system).
We boot the system and make the system disks a mirror (in my opinion, I copied both disks, but it overwrites the second partition when resynchronizing).
When the partitions with the system get the status Healthy , we create a mirror for the data disk.
