There is no IT education.

IT education is not always needed. In a large office they will certainly ask, in a medium one they may be asked, but it’s not a fact that they will refuse, if not, they won’t ask at Three Tables Two Chairs LLC. (I'm not talking about freelancing - there you are your own personnel manager; D) That is, its presence can be a plus, but its absence is not an insurmountable obstacle.
