How to properly layout on bootstrape?

I started to layout the layout using the Bootstrap frame. I made a fixed version, now I want to make a rubber + adaptive one, but there were difficulties.

the content is not 100% indented (where is the question mark -?)

If anyone can help with advice, a solution!
Thanks in advance!

Why did you set the col-lg-2 block to a fixed size? You have one block with a fixed size and the second with a percentage of the page size, what result would you like to see?

You have leftbar - width: 220px;
In bootstrap, if you use col-lg-* col-md-* col-sm-* col-xs-* tags on a div, then you cannot set a fixed width for it
