Ran into installing Kannel on Centos8. Who faced it. How to install correctly? Does anyone have any documentation? I need more detailed information about the installation. Please, help.

The right way.
We go to the site of this very Kannel and study it for installation instructions and the Download section
https://www.kannel.org/download.shtml
In this section we find src.rpm for Fedora, which is close enough to CentOS.
Download, deploy the build environment, change what you need in the spec file and compile the rpm file for yourself. Install rpm file.
You can also try to install a ready-made rpm for Fedora from that page, but there is a big chance that some dependencies are missing ..
