Tell me how to install Asterisk 13 on Centos 7 more competently? Everywhere they write the same thing:
1) Disable SELinux
2) Make a bad make install
In general, is it right to do this or look for mana to configure SELinux and install via checkinstall?
There are no official repositories for Centos 7 yet and probably will not be soon.

You will access it with the same commands and edit the same parameters. As is everyone else.
sip.conf to record the user
and extension.conf to record the logic of the PBX
Do not want to do make install
Make packages for 6.6
You need to solve the problem with telephony, not select distributions :)
