How to properly install an SSD?

People generally question how to properly install the SSD?
I inherited a 1C server, where everything rests on ordinary screws, they have a 1C file database, if I put an SSD drive and give it shared access over the grid, should we expect performance improvement?

Probably yes.
It is necessary to look how much it rests on the disk, then it will be clear about improving performance
How do they work with the server? Is it a terminal server, or just a network share?
Describe the situation in more detail - what kind of database, the number of active users, the size of the database.

@Chitinets

For 5 users and a file base (if the base is not quite gigantic), SSDs and transferring users to RDP are fine
