How to do maximum ssd check?

There was a problem with ssd when checking disk defrag, during the check the computer hung and stopped loading, although access to the fs remained. I had to delete the partition, but Windows refused to install, gave an error. After switching to another sata port, everything was set up, but I want to check the disk to the maximum in order to understand whether it is worth changing it under warranty to another model. What software to use for this?

This utility, as far as I know, does not check anything, but defragments magnetic disk drives. For SSD, it makes no sense to use it.
Any modern disk has been checked for ten years by viewing its SMART status.
