How to properly import .fbx into Blender?

So, I want to import a character in the .fbx format, I click in the blender File - Import - .fbx - Model. And it opens like this:
454d819e3e144d93bb5acd558124fb69.PNG
After that, the structure of the skeleton is broken, and when imported into Unity, the animation becomes a nightmare. And if you immediately upload the file to Unity, then everything is fine, and the skeleton is in place. But I need to edit the character in Blender, how can I do it without consequences?
