How to properly implement such a slider and are there jquery plugins similar in functionality?

Hello Dear Gurus.
Please tell me if there are ready-made jquery plugins for layout of such a slider. Or how to make it right. It is important for me that the back slide was the next one and that there was any animation, but associated with the active slide (the back slide smoothly somehow turned into the active one). And is it possible to release this using owl 2 sliders, and if so, how (general logic)?
