How to properly filter the ECG?

Good day, dear experts!) I don’t know how complicated this topic is, but I’m at an impasse. The fact is that I need to convert an ECG signal with several noises into a near-ideal one. I don't even know in what order to do it with such a signal.

Tell me just the order, how exactly to implement digital signal processing exclusively by software? What filters to apply, etc. As far as I understood, I have to implement the Fourier and Wavelet transforms. But there are many types of their implementation, which ones should be applied to this particular signal?
