How to properly distribute responsibilities for web development?

I study in the 9th grade, a couple of years ago I decided to start programming, today I own Php JS nodeJS html css, I have completed several freelance orders. There was an idea to attract friends - classmates, they liked the idea, even something is already working out. Here's the question itself, we are the 3rd person, I'll say a backend developer, there are two left, what to teach them, who to be?

Let me give you more abstract advice: do not do business with friends, do not borrow from them, and do not lend yourself. This is the surest way to lose a friend.
Sooner or later you will have to make a choice between friendship and professionalism. If you want to work in a team, look for like-minded professionals.
