Good afternoon. Faced with the task of writing an encoder / decoder for noise-resistant quadratic residue codes (Quadratic residue codes) of the format (17, 9, 5). The area is still new for me, so I'm looking for examples of solutions to similar problems. The source code search has not yet yielded at least some suitable results, so I can use some help and advice from the outside.
