We already have a site with a regional domain. Therefore probably the subject with subdomains disappears. Tell me how to properly make a site in several domains so that they can be promoted normally by SEO in their regions? Also, these domains will have different languages, and the number of pages will probably change in accordance with the semantics.

Everything is quite simple - sites should have a similar structure, unique content and be linked using Hreflang. Google Help - https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced... . But you can do without all this, raising the site from scratch in each region is simple, the only question is the budget.
