How to properly connect to a server from different European countries?

A non-standard question for me, and I can’t google correctly, so sorry.

There is a server for the game, the server is located in Kyiv. It so happened that the players on the server recently began to log in not only from Ukraine, but also from other European countries. And if I live in Ukraine and have no problems connecting, then the rest of the players not from Ukraine have a ping of +50 from the usual one.

How to properly organize the server so that everyone has a more or less minimal ping.

Get a few more servers in Europe. Only I don’t know how to connect them chtoli, do redirection, so there will be even more load due to connecting to the original server.

So it's time to transfer the server to a decent data center - to Europe, for example. It seems to me easier to solve the problem of fast connection from Ukraine to DC in Europe than vice versa.
