How to properly configure webpack config?

Hi all!
Help setting up webpack.config.js
I now have npm installed which already deployed a few packages with package.json.
But in order to compile one file that will connect my modules, I just can’t figure out how to set up webpack.
Please explain how can I import vue.js so that it is available globally.
