How to properly configure static LAN routing?

Hello!
I really need your help in setting up static routing in Mikrotik (I don’t remember the model, interfaces: 1ethernet and 10sfp). I’ll make a reservation right away that I’m just starting to master the kitchen of network devices and how to cook them) Therefore, please treat with understanding.
What we have: local network 192.168.19.0/24 on 2 sfp port and local network 192.168.100.0/24 on port 1ethernet.
The essence of the question: how to properly configure static routing so that the hosts of these local networks can communicate with each other?
What was done: IP addresses were assigned to the ports of these networks (192.168.100.1/24 for 1ethernet and 192.168.19.1 for 2sfp, respectively), which led to the automatic addition of routes to IP-Routes. But in the end, the ping does not go in one direction or the other. Only the assigned ports are pinged from the corresponding network hosts. What is done wrong and how to set it up correctly. Thanks in advance!
