How to properly configure Exim interface?

Tell me how to properly configure exim for my tasks, or tell me who can manuals.
We have centos 6 / vesta cp / 1 ip (1.00.000.00.01) = 1 domain = 10 sub.domain
the task is as follows:
1 - determine the recipient by mx and send:
A - everything that is not gmail - send 1 domain = 1.00. 000.00.01 ---> recipient
B - those who for example on gmail (mx ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM )
- 1 sub.domain 1.00.000.00.01 ---> relay 1 ---> recipient
- 2 sub .domain 1.00.000.00.01 ---> relay 1 ---> recipient
- 3 sub.domain 1.00.000.00.01 ---> relay 1 ---> recipient
etc
each sub.domain - connects itself - the meaning of each user is that everything that is not Google sends through its own domain / ip, everything that Google sends through the relay, for example, the same Google - only each subdomain has its own relay.
I found this interface = "${if match_domain{$domain}{gmail.com}{1.2.3.4}{$0}}" - it seems like it will send to Google from 1.2.3.4, but you need to determine by mx not by domain (corporate on google).
to distribute a different router to different domains is also not known as yet ..
thanks in advance
