How to organize access to corporate mail?

What is at the moment: mail attached to Yandex Mail for Domain, clients pick up mail via pop3.
Task: make the account [email protected] which will be the main one for receiving mail, make sure that everyone has access to their mail via imap (ex. [email protected]), as well as letters sent from v.pupkin @comany.gg and others ended up at [email protected]
Question: to in the normal world organize mail? At the moment, I have transferred the mail to my server, made the main account [email protected] on which all mail falls, for this mailbox I have set up a copy of the inbox to [email protected], etc. I have configured the clients to send copies to [email protected] company.gg, but that's not good. This must be done by the server.

@donbot

Added to exim config after begin routers

message_out_copy_user_domain_com:
driver = redirect
unseen
senders = [email protected]
data = [email protected]

Causes Exim to copy all mail that sends [email protected] to [email protected] The latter automatically copies all incoming mail to [email protected] user2, etc.

You need to google for the keywords: exim bcc if you are setting up a server on it.
Here is an example:
