How can I correctly configure the angular-google-maps settings (the map has loaded, the markers are displayed), where is it better to put all the map configuration settings and everything related to it (can create a separate module) so that the map can be reused on several pages?

Well, you see better. This is an architectural decision and you must make it.
I don't recommend using angular-google-maps. Get regular google maps. Because for sure there will be such a task that is easily googled for ordinary maps, but which cannot be solved using angular-google-maps.
