How to create popup form on button click for ToDoList?

Hi all! I really didn’t find an example suitable for creating a form (by pressing a button) and then filling it out with saving! create todolist. I am using Angular 7. example in the picture. I really need to do this, please help!

You can use the angular material dialog
Or write your own, just create a div,
and position: absolute, then set the position where you clicked.
