How to properly conduct the process of selling a domain name?
In general, a year ago I bought a domain name for a medical clinic, wrote a website for them, and until the project was completed, they ceased to exist as an organization. I left the domain name for myself, for all sorts of tests. Recently, a person wrote to me in the person of the director of a company with the same name as my medical clinic. The essence of the conversation was about my domain. They offered money because he's perfect for them. Well, that's the essence of the question, how can I formalize all this technically and legally?

There is nothing difficult in this. It is registered with the domain registrar that currently has the domain registered, then you write an application to the registrar in which you ask the domain to be transferred from the account of one administrator (you) to the account of another administrator (buyer).
If there is no expedited name transfer function or it was not activated, then a notarized copy of the passport must be attached to the application, at least I did this with R01. Whoever has this procedure and is enabled can transfer it purely by actions from the account without sending such a statement.
The whole point is in the moment of payment, because. when you transfer the domain to it, you won’t be able to pick it up, so if you need a payment option so that you don’t cheat, then you need to pay through the guarantor, or through the internal mechanisms of the registrar such as a domain auction. And if you take a word, then you can 50% to 50% after.
