If you meant the transfer of rights to a domain, then this is done according to the instructions from your domain registrar, no services are required for this.
nic.ru sends a number of notarized letters, or letters with the seal of the company (with a legal entity), read the description, there are different schemes, including a parallel change of registrar and owner.

The procedure is different. For many, pushing a domain is possible - transferring a domain to another account with the same registrar, and for some, a letter with scans of documents is enough (if you entered real data during registration)
