How to properly clean drive C in Windows 10 using standard cleaning tools?

Hello, how to properly clean up the hard drive (more precisely drive C) in Windows 10 using the built-in cleaning tools?
Here we go to my computer-RMB on the C-Properties-Disk Cleanup drive.

This is more or less clear. We press cleaning and these options will pop up for ticking.
Some items are already ticked, the question is - is it possible to tick the rest of all the items and clear them without any special consequences?

Further, as I understand it, you need to click ok and he will offer to clean the selected files.
BUT a deeper question - is it possible to press this button (image 3) - "clean up system files"?

I was somehow afraid to climb there and clean it there ?! They say then the computer can work slower.
In found 2 cleaning videos on YouTube - one short - the other long (full manual cleaning) with manual cleaning of Temp folders and so on.
Evaluate if you can follow these videos?

It is possible, even necessary.
Do not be afraid - everything is fine, files that are no longer needed by the system will be cleaned, it just can take much longer, because the cleaning will go through the old update files, etc.
Although easier and more complete cleaning is done like this -
Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore
Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

Regarding the manual cleaning of folders - you can clean the Temp folder which is located in the Windows folder - delete everything.
You can also clean the folder located in the C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp folder - also delete everything.
There is no desire or time to watch different muddy videos.
