Clean dust a couple of times a year with an antistatic brush.
Nothing. If it starts to creak / buzz, then you need to see if the bearing is not sealed tightly, then you can try to drop sewing machine oil there, or find the same model on aliexpress and replace it. But in my practice this has never happened, coolers live for decades.
Soft cloth. If dry, you can slightly dampen the cloth with water or solvent. Then dry everything.
In general, anyone, but the better and more expensive thermal paste, the better. Choose by thermal conductivity, the higher the better. Arctic Cooling MX-4

Once a year, remove dust from the cover.

Blow out once a year, from dust. Buy a compressed air bottle with a song.
