How to promote a VK public with likes without buying software and bots?

Hey! The point is this. There is a public vk. There is a potential audience in certain VK groups.
You need to somehow go through these people in VK groups, like them or invite them to the group. In general, somehow attract them to my public.
Now the most important thing.
1) I don't want to buy software and buy bots for software. I don't want to do all this crap.
2) I don't want to pay big money to "marketing agencies" who will deal with the software for me.
