How to prohibit any activity related to mail.ru on a PC?

I consider myself a power user. I always check what I post. But now it was necessary to install a service program for the 3G modem, which I downloaded from here (burn in hell the creators of such content) . And somehow I didn’t think that along with the program WITHOUT ANY WARNING, so much rubbish would be instructed that I wanted to cry. Also ruined the chrome.
So the question is: how can you make it so that when you try to do something to a process that is at least somehow connected with mail.ru - kill it with lightning speed and mercilessly? I can't switch to another OS. Perhaps there is some kind of mail.ru activity blocker, or maybe everyone can get together and write one? He will be popular..

AdwCleaner - use this, along with this - Unchecky
AdwCleaner - helps you find and remove annoying toolbars, unwanted plug-ins, add-ons and extensions in your web browser, as well as various ad components and hijacker utilities
Unchecky - to understand what is the point her work, it is enough to translate her title. In Russian, it will sound something like "Uncheck" or "Uncheck". About Unchecky on habrahabr.ru

It's impossible. How do you propose to determine that the application is somehow connected with mail.ru?
