How to programmatically turn off the second monitor?

OSX 8.2 needs to programmatically turn off one of the monitors (I work with two, in the future with three). What command or script can turn off the desired monitor? I'm using a MacMini, so the "Control + Shift + Eject" option doesn't work, the hot corners option puts both monitors to sleep.

I dug up such a program - it seems that it supports multiple monitors.

As far as I studied the question - no way. But I don't claim to be the absolute truth.
