An average video card allows you to connect 2-3 4k monitors ( for example 4 hdmi 4k support). I'm afraid it's difficult to find hardware that supports 4k on 6 or more monitors, it's just that models that can do this are already rare.
When connecting several video cards, desynchronization is possible, or rather, the chances of setting up g-sync from nvidia or a similar one from amd even within one video card are not an easy question, and even when several are working, it is impossible.
And so, almost any machine with at least two pci-e (raiser) will pull video playback on all monitors.
