In general, I use a monitor and a TV via HDMI, before that I used duplication from a monitor to a TV set, today I decided to test it by connecting a TV set (Xiaomi Mi TV UHD 4S) and set the resolution to 4k, until I pressed save everything was ok, then clicking on save , I don’t even know how to explain everything just stopped working and now when you turn on the computer connected to the TV, it just blinks when you enter the desktop, when I connect the TV and the monitor, now for some reason the priority is given to the TV and I can’t do anything, I took down the firewood did not help, without firewood does not see the second monitors, with firewood the same situation (installed a clean installation).

a similar problem was in the configuration of 2 monitors + duplication on TV.
as it turned out - in the properties of the monitor (for TV) 59 Hz was set.
Changing to 60Hz fixed the issue
