How to programmatically switch between audio output devices in OSX El Capitan 10.11.15?

There is an iMac 5k 27". Due to the fact that there is no way to work without music, you often have to switch to headphones from external speakers to, i.e. physically insert the plug into the connector, which at least makes you lift your mortal body out of the chair, move the body and unnecessarily load headphone jack
Attention, the question is: how to programmatically change the sound output devices?

On all devices, the sound output when headphones are connected is done physically by closing the contacts, most likely on the iMac in the same way, and you can’t do anything, so the best solution for you and for myself is to buy an external usb sound card.
