Is it possible to somehow programmatically determine the sound of a guitar from the sound of a voice, voices in different languages and remove it from the audio in order to leave only music without words. ffmpeg or something else

If it is impossible programmatically, then how can you do it manually?

If "according to the collective farm", then you need to crush 8 kHz in the equalizer - completely. The words will of course remain in the background, but will be much quieter.
