How to get high quality sound?

Hello everyone!
All my life I have been tormented by a problem related to sound quality, namely, the inability to get high-quality bass.
At the moment, there is a Lenovo g505s laptop with a Dolby (Advanced Audio V2) sound card, I also bought Sony MDR-XB250 headphones. But the default sound is terrible, you can hear one Trable.
I tried to "raise" the low frequencies through the equalizer (see screenshot).

however, the sound card turned out to be crap, the sound seems to be attenuated when listening, but it's better than a squeaker in the ears.
There is also an Xperia M2 device, converted to cyan 12.1 (in cyan, the sound is louder than on the drain and without "farting", put wolfman + its libraries and increased Clear Bass to the maximum, the sound turned out to be of good enough quality, without "attenuation" and without "farts".
But no matter how much I dug, there are no offers as such from the device market anywhere.
Especially with shitty sounds, everything is very sad in Linux, where not a single sound card is supported by the manufacturer, respectively, there are no proprietary equalizers, etc.
Tell me, are there any good solutions on this topic? It is desirable to have something that can be plugged not only into PCI, but also used in a laptop / smartphone. Even ready to buy a new laptop just because of the high-quality sound card.
Thank you.

I highly recommend the Creative Sound Blaster Omni Surround 5.1 . I bought myself some time ago and am very satisfied.
It had problems with the microphone in Linux, but after almost a year of gradual improvement and communication with different developers, I managed to fix everything and submit patches to the Linux kernel and PulseAudio. So if you have PulseAudio 9.0 (in Ubuntu 16.04 you will have to install from ppa or tell me which config to throw from 9.0 to 8.0-, in 16.10 already PulseAudio 9 and everything is fine) and one of the latest Linux kernels (in Ubuntu / Fedora the latest versions should be OK), then flash under Windows (possible in VirtualBox) the latest firmware for this sound card and rejoice.
The sound is loud, clear, high-impedance headphones will shake as expected, a good microphone. And the price is quite adequate for such quality.
PS Equalizers and other sound distorters are not needed, they only make things worse. Listen to music as the creator intended it (on sane equipment, respectively).

Take an amplifier like Pioneer A-10 and the sound will sparkle with new colors (it is better to set the volume in devices to no more than 80% and adjust it on the amplifier).
