How to program stm32 microcontroller?

Good afternoon, there was a problem, you need to program the stm32 controller. Topic: block of angular displacements (essentially, a gyroscope). The fact is that I have never worked with controllers, but I know Java. Is it possible to somehow connect these 2 things, if so, how and in what development environment. And is it worth doing it at all? Maybe someone has an example of programming these microcontrollers for my topic? Well, or some articles to read to understand. I will be very grateful.

ORACLE JAVA ME EMBEDDED
STM32429I-EVAL
Run Java Runtime on 256KB of RAM
But judging by the question, you obviously know java no better than controllers.

Java is a C-like language, so you don't need to learn basic instructions. And in any case, you will have to get acquainted with the microcontroller, and it doesn’t matter what language you write in.

1. You buy any debug board on STM32 + the necessary strapping tyts , tyts , tyts . You may need something else, for example, some kind of LCD / TFT screen, buttons, etc.
2. Install STM32CubeMX and System Workbench for STM32
3. Learn how to put it all together (GOOGLE for help)
4. Write a term paper on a given topic.
