Java web service framework supporting SOAP protocol?

Good day to all! Please advise Java web service framework supporting SOAP protocol. It will be great if this framework has a plugin for Eclipse. It would also be very cool if you mentioned in the comments about the threshold of entry and about the rake that you stepped on when using your framework.
Thanks in advance!

Axis2 can do quite a lot of tricks, it's not a problem to run it in Eclipse. From a rake - it seems like it does not fully support SOAP 1.2, but this is a matter of time.

The standard jax-ws.java.net is pretty good :-)

I recommend Apache CXF: cxf.apache.org/ Good documentation in English and helpful people in the mail list if something is not clear. Bugs are fixed fairly quickly.
Eclipse Helios supports it www.techsagar.com/2010/07/10-new-features-which-i-liked-the-most-in-eclipse-helios-3-6-2/

The easiest one is probably Spring web services + Embedded HTTP Server transport
