How to program Arduino Pro mini via CP2102?

1. Installed drivers for the programmer
2. Installed Arduino IDE
3. Connected arduino pro mini to the programmer:

4. Installed in ide:

  • board: arduino pro mini 5V atmega328
  • programmer: avr isp
  • port: COM3

When flashing, it gives an error: avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00 Tried :
press Reset, change TX to RX, connect DTR to RST only if there is no dtr pin on the programmer, and even if there is none, it should work with a manual reset. What else can you try?

Configuration: Win 8 64x, "AVRISP mkII" programmer, "Arduino Pro or Pro Mini" board, "ATMega 328 5v 16 MHz" processor
Everything works. My mistake was - the wrong choice of board in the list.
